Landscape Build and Installation

Once your custom landscape design is complete, the real transformation begins. We approach every installation with the same precision and purpose that shaped the design. Our build process is rooted in craftsmanship, ecological best practices, and open communication. Our goal is that your new outdoor space not only looks beautiful but thrives for years to come.

Bringing your landscape design to life with care, Craftsmanship, and ecology in mind

Our Installation Process

After the final design is approved, we provide a clear, accurate cost estimate based on your plan and project goals. Together, we’ll review priorities and discuss phasing options to fit your timeline and budget.

Our experienced crew and trusted subcontractors take pride in exceptional attention to detail, maintaining a clean, well-organized job site throughout construction. We stay in close contact from start to finish, keeping you informed about progress and any changes that may arise along the way.

Once installation is complete, we schedule a comprehensive walkthrough of your new landscape to make sure every element meets your expectations and that you feel confident caring for your new space.

To ensure success, we guarantee all plants for one year from the date of planting and follow up about one month after project completion to check in on how your landscape is settling in. We’re always available for questions or support, long after the final day on site.

Habitat PAckages

Our Habitat Packages offer a streamlined way to make meaningful improvements to your landscape without necessarily taking on a full-property design and build. Whether you’re creating a new garden, expanding an existing planting area, or refreshing a garden that has become overgrown, we can help you develop a focused plan and bring it to life.

Garden enhancements

Replace your lawn with a new garden or expand an existing garden with new plantings.

  • For new gardens up to 500 square feet, the package includes plant planning, with typical project costs ranging from $6,000-$11,000.

  • Gardens between 500-1,500 square feet require a planting plan, with a $1,500-$3,000 design fee and installation costs typically ranging from $11,000-$25,000.

Garden refresh

Give an established garden a thoughtful update without starting from scratch.

  • We’ll work with you on-site at our consulting rate of $225/hour to identify what should stay, what could be removed or thinned, and where new plant material and mulch can make the biggest impact.

  • This is a great option for supplemental plantings, overgrown gardens, or landscapes that simply need a little renewed attention.

  • This could be approached as DIY or professionally installed (see estimates in “Garden Enhancements”).
